Am I looking at a wicked amount of machine doubling or is this the 1983 DDR?  Thanks for all the input from everyone!

   To also help others who may refer to this topic, here is a photo of the entire reverse of a 1983 doubled die reverse cent, this one PCGS graded MS 65 RB.  Note the crisper doubling, including on "E PLURIBUS UNUM".  (As is common on early copper plated zinc cents, it also has numerous plating bubbles.)
