Why is the box for the credit card number blacked out on the submission form I just downloaded?

Thank you for reaching out to us today. When you download an NGC Submission Form .pdf file, you should see multiple copies of the form. There is also a note on the bottom of each page indicating for whom the forms are intended. Only the accounting copy should contain the credit or debit card number in a viewable format. All other copies black out the information because the other departments do not need to process your payment. The submitter copy is intended for you to keep for your records.
