Does anyone know anything about this it has I guess it would be 2 deep die gouges at the top and one over the L

Your photos are too washed out with light and too highly magnified to see much, what I do see looks like simple post mint damage.   Please review the pinned post at the top of this section titled "what you need to know about posting coins for inquiry".   We only need to see in focus cropped photos of each side, not electron microscope photos.

    There is another reason you should post clear, cropped photos of both sides of this coin, particularly of the obverse.  I think that this 1970-S may be the "High 7" or so-called "small date", which is listed in the "Red Book" and could be worth $25-$50 in full "red" uncirculated. The most apparent diagnostic for this variety is the thinness of the lettering in "LIBERTY" along with the top of the "7" being level with the tops of the other numerals in the date.  I can't tell without seeing the full obverse, including the date and lettering, without the overexposure. 

   The small anomalies on which you are focusing are likely either damage or die scratches. The former would be devaluing and the latter of no great significance.

It is a good looking coin for a book. Sorry to say it has no error. Those marks look like hits on the rim that pushed the metal a bit, normal circulation or what we call bag marks.
