KLang Posted January 24, 2023 Share Posted January 24, 2023 Hi, When I got this NGC encapsulated coin two years ago, I noticed a small white residual stuck on coin rim. I thought it’s some inert material from the slab. But when I check the coin recently, I noticed green rust-like things appear around the white residual. Is this PVC damage?
