Your photos are so out of focus I am unable to even tell the denomination. Hold your phone about 4 inches above the coin and zoom in until the image fills the frame. Then edit the photo and crop it to the edges. Be glad to help once I can see it.

As stated, you need in focus pictures. If all you're concerned about is color, it just looks like an environmentally stained dime. Not an error!

Looks like a Roosevelt dime that has suffered either heat or environmental damage. With the blurry pictures, that is only a guess, though.
