Its a cool find.. in MS-65 + Grade with Reverse Error... I was searching and when I open a Uncirculated roll.. I don't bother. BUT the LORD of HEAVENS held my hand and said " Please look through it...I said NO.. and still guiding me to LOOK again... I would easier to to get hit by Lighting then to discover another ONE like this.. Happy NEW YEAR 2023 !!

    I see no doubling of any kind, missing plating, or other error on this coin, which is being mishandled by being touched by bare fingers.

Unfortunately just some uber common strike or die erosion doubling, hopefully you can get some divine guidance on the proper way to hold a coin.
