Quick question for clarification: if I am submitting multiple tiers of coins (and thus using multiple submission forms) but sending them in the same box, can they be sent back together once all coins have been slabbed? Or is it necessary to pay a separate shipping+handling charge for each form, rather than each shipment?

Gently bumping this for anyone at NGC who might be able to clarify; I'd like to get these submitted by the end-of-year deadline for the 35th anniversary label on one form's coins!

   I recall reading that they will follow your instructions to ship multiple submissions in the same package, but I couldn't find where I read it and don't know whether this will result in reduced shipping charges.  As they've been slow to answer in the forum since David Lange became ill, I recommend that you call NGC customer service at 1-800-642-2646.

Hello,

You can make a notation to ship them all together.  There would be only one shipping Fee.  You will need to pay the $10 handling fee for each submission form.

On the top right corner of the submission form is a box you check and list all the submissions you want shipped back as a combined shipment.
