Same coin, 3 NGC certification numbers?

A cursory check of their archived sales shows 3 coins that look like the same coin with three different NGC certification numbers.

Specifically, I'm looking at the imperfections or scratches around the 2016 date on the reverse. On the obverse, I'm looking at a diamond shaped pattern of four dots just left of r2d2.

It does appear that the coin that is in the slab that I have on my pillow, is the coin under the 047 Certification Number as on this NGC website.

If you look at the three coins (008, 013, and 047) at the bottom of this post, does anybody reach the same conclusion that they are the same coin?

If I'm right, and  the coin that I purchased appears to have the highest NGC grade label16668395798346807493639967381577.thumb.jpg.3d855229039ee5499ced0aec5738c784.jpg16668396409183642256006238171502.thumb.jpg.dcaf365dc20ebd8676567c8304eebc5e.jpg, is it possible that that my 047 coin was submitted previously twice for an NGC regrade without its slab?

Does the NGC grading guarantee remain in place in this situation? Thanks in advance for your help.

Clarification, what I'm asking is to look at these three coins below separately, examine the scratches around the 2016 date. Are these the same coin?

What am I missing here? Do coin regrades  get a new certification number? Is Gem proof a higher grade than PF 69? Two coins with the same invoice number, 008 and 013, have the same reverse photo.  Am I overthinking this?

Hello,

They are all different coins. What you are stating are "scratches" are in fact heavy metal flow lines due to wear on the die.
