Supposedly scarce variety having these 

• Struck at the Zacatecas Mint (Zs mint mark).
• Straight J variety.
• Dunigan Zs67

I'm not very familiar with these but based on what I'm seeing in past auction sales and that the coin appears to be a details coin with some graffiti on the cap I'm leaning towards no. I am working off of a small sample size of past sales, maybe someone with more experience in this series will chime in.
