Hi, 

What do people make of the grade? and would NGC give it details? I have no idea if it has been cleaned at all, it doesn't strike me as cleaned but there is discoloration to the reverse and what could have caused this? The fields are lustrous, the reverse fields are clear and very reflective, I can see my face in it. Full lustre to the reverse it seems. In hand it seems MS, but interested in opinions, thanks in advance.
