1C unusual marks 0

I found this going through a bunch of Lincoln cents, it looks like there's an A above the word liberty and a torch above the date and i believe i see a second date at the bottom of coin this all on the obverse of the coin.

Sorry, but it isn't an error. Some material (glue?) Is stuck to the surface.  You can see bubbles on both sides. This did not occur at the mint

I agree your coin looks to have some glue stuck on both sides.

“Unusual” is not important and it never has been. All the attention paid to “unusual” is highly pointless.
