Coin exist in registry (barcode valid); did not appear in Census 0

Have a weird situation. 

Wanted to buy a coin. Barcode valid and registry shows the correct picture. 

However, i wanted to view the overall census to understand the extent of full collection, this coin cannot be found in the census at all
