Tier Level & Specialty Label 0

I wanted to submit this 2018 Coca Cola coin from Fiji for grading, but I was wondering if this would fall under Economy or Modern Grading. I also want to know if NGC still offered the coca-cola specialty label as I wasn''t able to see it under specialty labels. 

I've attached what the coin looks like below.

Thank you.  You can submit this on the MODERN tier.  The Coca Cola label is a private label and not available.
