Is this radiate of constantine the great rare? Should I get it graded

Constantine I as caesar bronze radiate fraction (1/4 follis radiate). Alexandria mint, 306 - early 307 A.D. CONCORDIA MILITVM - A / ALE. 
 
FL VAL CONSTANTINVS NOB CAES. Radiated bust to right.
CONCORDIA MILITVM. Prince standing right, receiving Victory on globe from Jupiter standing left, leaning on sceptr

The only way to answer your question, absent solid knowledge which I do not have, is to balance your total outlay for the coin against grading, authentification and certification costs [including postage, return postage, registration, and insurance costs, both ways] as can be ascertained by consulting the latest revised submission costs.
