Is this radiate of constantine the great rare? Should I get it graded

Constantine I as caesar bronze radiate fraction (1/4 follis radiate). Alexandria mint, 306 - early 307 A.D. CONCORDIA MILITVM - A / ALE.

The only way to answer your question, absent solid knowledge which I do not have, is to balance your total outlay for the coin against grading, authentification and certification costs [including postage, return postage, registration, and insurance costs, both ways] as can be ascertained by consulting the latest revised submission costs.
