1936 p Walking Liberty Half Dollar no Aw 0

I was looking through ms coins today and found a '36 walking half with no designers initials. I just wanted to ask if this could be designated as such if I send it in to be graded.

The initials are weak from die polishing, but they remain faintly visible. Therefore, NGC would not label this coin "No FG."
