  1. I was looking through ms coins today and found a '36 walking half with no designers initials. I just wanted to ask if this could be designated as such if I send it in to be graded.
  2. I was looking at NGC's variety listing under 1878 8tf Morgan silver dollars and I see that NGC will attribute Vam 14.1 but if I submit this variety but it has reverse and obverse clashes which makes it a Vam 14.1A will it even be certified as such? Or will it just be graded as an 8tf morgan? thanks Jon
  3. Yeah I doubted it but a dealer after looking at vamworld 1F1 thought it may. Just sent off for verification to ngc that it was struck from proof dies but it's not a proof. Thanks
  4. Just purchase this 1921 peace dollar and after looking up the vam 1F1 I took it to a dealer and he thought it may be a proof. I am very doubtful that it is but it does have all the Vam characteristics for the variety which struck proofs, I would like to send to NGC but not sure what to send it as do to my lack of knowledge about this particular year and the information out is short or lacking. So I need a second opinion from an expert. thanks
