Can someone tell me the value of this penny 0

Hi I have this penny and would like to know if anyone can tell me the value? 
Im having trouble loading a picture. It says 09-V.B.D v6 250 on the case it’s kept in.

I’d say that says VG as in very good, and $2.50 is the value that has been noted on the flip. This is just the assessment that someone has put on these coins. Doesn’t mean it is necessarily accurate, but I would say that value is in the ballpark in this condition.

I would expect to pay around $5-7 retail for the top one, less for the bottom one because it's damaged and has been cleaned

That is VG as in a grade of very good not V6, the 250 is most likely $2.50 which was what the seller wanted for them.    Super common coins in low circulated/cleaned/damaged condition,  retail for both is around $3-$4 each, a dealer might offer $1 for the pair.

The number "250" should mean $2.50...that's what this beat up very good (VG) copy is worth.
