cannot print submission form

I just recently joined and in the process of completing my first submission, but i cannot print invoice, it comes back and says an error has occurred, i have tried 2 different computers and 3 different browsers on each one and get the same result, i can print the labels but not invoice. any help would be greatly appreciated
