Why do I keep getting this notification? 0

Every time I log in to NGC I get this notification: "Your AutoRenew card on file appears to be invalid. Please choose one of these options to fix your account".

I reviewed my information and it is correct. My card is not invalid. How can this be corrected?

I went in and re-entered my card number and information and it's not doing it now, but if it happens again I'll send you a screen shot.
