NCS Conservation remove dark toning

I've never sent any coins to be graded before. I was thinking about sending this coin in for grading and possibly conservation to remove the unattractive dark toning. Do you think this coin could benefit from conservation? It doesn't look like the coin has been cleaned before there's some very light hairlines but I'm not sure if that's just the toning or if the coin was cleaned at some point and then has since toned. The fields are almost proof like so it might just be very light scratches.

You could get it conserved, but it would still be a Details Grade coin. The surfaces are not original.
