If you follow the submit procedures I’m sure NGC Coin will be happy to certify and grade any coin for you. However, unless you have one of the best 1969S pennies in existence, you will likely pay more for certification then the coin is worth.You are better off submitting those kind of coins in bulk and you might get a better deal. Just my opinion, good luck!

Welcome to the forum, as Blake said just follow the instructions located on the NGC home page link here click on the submissions tab and go.

Just a quick curiosity why is it that you "need" your coin graded?

Would you care to share with us some photos of your coin, I have some doubts that you have a true doubled die, it is far more likely that your coin has some form of strike doubling.
