Never seen a half dollar like this any answers

Not sure exactly what you are referring to. If that is the actual colour, then I would say it is plated gold. If you are referring to something else, then specify.

The date 1960-1985 engraved on the obverse side

That was done after production to memorialise 25 years for something.  looks like a grab bag give away deal.  someone did it on purpose and it wasnt nice to do that to poor ol JFK  he had enough issues in Dallas.

Looks like it was stamped into the coin to commemorate an event, perhaps birth/passing years, no way to know for sure.   IT was not done at the mint and is not an error.

All that said, there are guys who collect such pieces as a specialty. The market for them is “thin”.
