2008 d dime, is this an error coin? 0

Hello, I got this dime on change, on the obverse,  near the rim and part of the hair, is that a die break?, also  on the reverse of the coin "ONE" is incomplete,  damage or another die break? I se some dd also, is this considered an error coin?

I can’t say for sure from these photos, but it appears to be a foreign substance on the coin. Possibly glue which happens believe it or not.

Are the areas sunk or raised? As I look more it looks sunk, almost like it was eaten away by a strong chemical. Regardless it didn’t leave the mint this way.

Next to the Rim, a small part raised, inside the hair sunk,   reverse the same, some small edges raised.

I won’t try to speculate any further on the cause, but I can say it happened after it left the mint and is therefore damage.

Not an error coin.
It didn’t happen during the striking of the coin so matter what the cause, it is PMD
