I'm with Jonathan.....that looks like tarnish rather than toning.  Based on the photos, I'm not hot on that coin, honestly.

That's a good point, Mike.  To the OP......I've noticed that you've posted more than a few of these Imgur links.  Most of us on here will not click on those due to the risk of malware.  It would probably be good for you to start posting photos directly to the board if you want us to actually look at them.
