1827 Argentina 5/10 Real Overstruck on 1822/23 Decimo 1 1

Sorting thru Dads collection and found this 1827 5/10 Real. I understand most were overstruck on decimos and this appears to have been. Thoughts on grade and value? Thanks!

Not my area of collecting but I'll give it a guess. Looks to be in the low AU - high XF range and value would be under $100, probably under $50 based on my searching.

Can't give you a value, but there are a few rim bruises that will reduce the value and need to be considered
