package received 11/9/21 tracking # 8405803699300801461161 I am hoping to catch the EARLY RELEASE label on two 2021 coins which is 11/17/21. I have been in this situation before where I submmited coins before the cutoff date, but proccesing time put me out of the cutoff date range and I missed out on the label.

We are currently opening the mail that was delivered to us on October 15th.  As long as the package was in our possession prior to the cut off date you will receive the Early Releases designation.
