Hi again guys!!!

Now that I've shaken the cobwebs out of my brain, I'm still going to go with Great Collections.  I really like them and Ian and the team do one hell of a job photographing and promoting your coins.  They have a great sell through rate.  I'd definitely trust Ian to do a great job.....if he can get some of the weird stuff I've sent to him over the years to sell for great prices, I'm certain he can really work magic with some nice CC gold!!

In your earlier posts you claim that you sent one coin out to GC already, is that not correct?   You can also check into Heritage, Stacks & Bowers; these three are the biggest auction houses with the most visibility.   If you want to try a smaller boutique auction experience you could contact Legend Numismatics.

I can testify that Great Collections is very good. I've cosigned coins fo sale as well as purchased coins. Fees are very competitive and they are much better than Ebay especially the fact you aren't dealing direct with seller or buyer. Ebay has some bad people out there and Great Collections eliminates the interaction. I have even sent them raw coins and they had them graded at a discount from one of the big three grading company. Ebay is like an ex-wife - my new love is GC

Correct.  And it's sad the decline of EBay over the years.  But let us not forget there are good sellers on EBay too.  I know a few.

I'm sorry Alex in Pa , you are correct - there are some good ones (like me) and I still buy and sell on ebay sometimes but I look at a person's rating before I react. That's good for me but others can't develop a good rating if they don't get action
