When will the Photo Vision image be sent? 0

I think I ordered photo vision service when submit #2867821-001 . The status of my submission has turned to “shipped”, but I still haven’t received any image yet. Have I mishandled something or the image is still being processing?

Our imaging department is running about 1 month behind.  You should get this in a week or so.
