1990 d penny, stripes on obverse of coin, error or damage?, dd on reverse? 0

1990 d penny  is this an error coin or damage, not sure if obverse stripes are pmd, or error, and reverse also not sure if this is dd, please help.

Not an error coin, just a spender with some minor strike doubling and a huge fingerprint.    If you work for the FBI you should be able to figure out who left that print.

So that is a fingerprint, I did not realize since the stripes are raised, you can feel them when touching the coin, did not know this could happen. Than you

The oils from your hand can actually etch into the coin if left on there too long.

That is why we always say never handle a coin with your bare hands. This is the result
