1995 penny is it a DDO?

No sir, not a double die. The 1995 DDO Lincoln is very prominent on LIBERTY and part of IGWT with the date being unaffected.  If I remember correctly the 1995 DDO FS-101 is a form of pivot doubling, class 5 if I recall.....

This is a pic of the doubling elements you need to look for on a 1995 Lincoln DDO FS-101.  The last pic you added is showing either machine doubling or lighting glare, or both.

I'm not seeing a DDO.....Mike had it.  Plating split doubling is what you have.
