2018 D Quarter Michigan Reverse Error or PMD?

I have 2 Michigan D Quarters from 2018, and one of them the reverse design is different, does not look detailed except for some areas, the coin is a little worn but doesn't look damage, I compared to the other one, can you please tell me if this is an error a PMD.

I'm with Coinbuf......looks like a grease strike through to me, too.  Not really that valuable, but a cool circulation find nonetheless.

Welcome to the forum Vero.  Here is an educational link and some very good pictures to help you understand what happens when the recesses of a die become filled with 'grease'. Scroll down to the second topic in bold letters and you will see how your coin is very similar to the pics shown.
