Does NGC attribute 1965 SMS Lincoln Cent and Roosevelt Dime Obv/Rev Die Clashes? 0

I recently found these two obv/rev die clashes in original 1965 SMS sets, and since I have an upcoming NGC submission to make, I would like to know if NGC attributes these particular die clashes (if they are deemed significant/strong enough to be recognized.)

Those are interesting and fun to collect, but die clashing typically is not mentioned on coin labels, even when submitted for Mint Error attribution. It occurs with some frequency, though perhaps less so with the SMS coins.
