1948-D Wheat Penny Die Error 0

Hello, I have a 1948-D Wheat Penny which has a error on the obverse on the "48" on the year "1948", The "L" in Liberty is also on a slight angle as well, are these common or rare errors?

Neither is an error. Just common circulation wear and taken a few hits over the last 63 years.

Correction. 73 years. I was born in 1958 and have been in circulation and taken a few hits for 63 years.😉
