Hello, does a W in the grade listing equate to a + currently?

I am looking at a coin graded “PF 68 W ULTRA CAM” in an older holder.

Would that be equivalent to “PF 68 + ULTRA CAM” if graded today?

Here is my Appalachian nickel in a holder from that small window in time where both the star and T designations were used.
