as you can see the1 on the left has the bluish tint I was talking about.Here you can see the reeded edge how It's been stamped twice and there's 2 lines.Here if you look at the very top of coin at the rim you will see some marks. Those marks are the edge lettering that flowed out. You can clearly see the letters under a scope its just very hard to show here as I'm not computer savvy. ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS ON THIS COIN???Thank you and look forward to your comments

Not seeing what you are my friend. I mean I do see the blue tint and what looks like contact marks on the rim but it all seems normal to me. 

Can you post a picture of the obverse and reverse, straight on? What does it weigh?
