Scratches, dings, distorted letters etc. are all a product of damage as they could not happen during the striking of the coin.

Thanks Bill and Greenstang for the info, one more thing correct me if im wrong, as l can see as well that coin was minted in Denver  as l can see the metal content on that was seems silver and as far as l know  should be cupronickel and tried to compare those l also have seems different. So if its different, is it fall under mint error or what? And what ever the case how much maybe is the value if there?

The silver coins would have a S mm and weigh 6.3g 

Take it out of the 2x2 and weigh it.
