1934 German 5 Reichmark coin with "potsdam Garrison" church on reverse "F" mint 1 1

condition seems to be good, lot of marks but it is prewar and 86 years old and  not finding many 1934 coins that look decent. a 1933 example on ebay is selling for $80. Again, based on condition, is this worth grading?

no too many mint state ones out there, could buy an already graded one for what cost u to ship grade n return plus fees....this particular issue needs almost flawless fields around the church to get into the money....id keep as is....
