Funny, it seems NGC trusts ME to be making the right call. I do almost all of my submissions live at shows, and never once did the staff have to correct anything on my forms. I did have to ask in 2014 how to handle the higher relief Kennedy halves as a show purchase label, but that was it. When I first started submitting coins for grading, I poured over each and every word and item on the form. That has served me well. Grading is not really intended to be a beginner sort of thing, though, to be honest.
