I know just enough about coins to know how to find a date, denomination and what country they are from....probably.

The date on this 1943 steel penny caught my eye. It looks almost doubled up. I've heard about "double dies" and know there are "error" coins but know know enough to know what I'm looking at. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
