l know l have posted this coin in newabie, but l'm just curious about this coin, just need to know if those are valuable coin and not too sure if its brass planchet but l have a feeling its brass or copper..

just needed to know more about this coin?

Just tried to send a better image do they don't look lije scratch, those are raised actually.

The date is 1983, but the coin is simply damaged and has no added value.
