1969 Lincoln S under S? 0

Hi everybody. Could some one know about a penny with a blur S under the S on a 1969 S penny?  I appreciate your comments.  Thank you.

The upper loop of the mintmark is partially obstructed by a chip in the punch. It's seen on many S-Mint coins of the period and led to that punch being replaced a few years later.

There's no added value. It's just an ordinary 1969-S cent.
