I also need some comments and clarification about my 1930-S

in obverse numbers seems double punch and mint S seems repunched or just attached don't know the exact term,

the reverse seems weak strike, there is a die chips bet. Letter U and S from the word pluribus, and a deep area the designed seems striking opossite can't tell what's the term for that..

It's not a doubled die, but it may have an RPM (repunched mintmark). Here are the dies known for 1930-S:

The reverse die is simply worn and eroded. It's quite likely that it had been used previously with a different obverse die that failed and then paired with the sharper obverse of your coin.

Aside from being struck by worn dies, there appears to be nothing unusual about that 1930-S.
