Please translate to English, If your asking about the date, it is a 1982 small date but need the weight to determine which variety it is.

I can transliterate that but not translate it. It says "el-raba' el-qata'ah" if I have the vowels guessed correctly. Above it says "lel-bia'". I don't know what those terms mean.

By the way, I can read the thread title, which is "as-salaam aleikum". Presumably everyone knows this is the common way to say howdy in Arabic-speaking countries, and in some predominantly Muslim countries where the language of conversation is not Arabic. I said it to the Turkish Jandarma (national military police officer) outside Ephesus and he was absolutely delighted.

You certainly know more than I do about the Arabic language but nowhere in your translation does it say what the question is.  I guess we just have to assume the OP is asking about the date.
