Pictures are poor, but assuming it isn't some chinese fake, yes it does look like it could be the expensive DDO.  It sure isn't the commonly seen Machine Doubling.

 

Really need better pictures, properly oriented, and picture of the full coin.

A picture of the word "LIBERTY " would be very helpful. 

This looks like the same coin that you posted over a year ago.  Do you own the coin, and, if so, can you take new pictures?

If that were mine, I would spend the money to get it certified.  This one looks like it has a shot at being something special!

The images are not clear because the camera has poor resolution ... it does not have a USB microscope ...
I searched for it a lot and did not find it in my country, nor do I have a friend in any country to buy the micro ...
