Just strike doubling which has no value as it is extremely common, not a true double die.

I would say die erosion doubling rather than strike doubling. The die itself has deformed into a doubled image that was not present when new.

You know what would be useful to the hobby but no one at the mint cares? Show photos of what a retired die looks like next to a new one. It would explain a lot to a lot of people.
