Help to identify coin

Looks like a Roman provincial piece in orichalcum, Greek lettering. Radiate bust right, draped and perhaps cuirassed; from the reverse I'm guessing it celebrates an imperator and a near associate or planned successor (for some reason I keep thinking Vespasian and Titus). If no one nails it, I'll go shovel through some references.
