Looks like it was struck through quite a bit of threads on reverse

What's the process for resubmitting with reconsideration for mint error designation? Does it cost money if they do honor the change?

Hello Nikh,

Thank you for your question.  It's difficult to tell from the image if this is indeed a Mint Error.  This would need to be sent to us as a Mint Error to have this checked.  The charge would be $15 plus return shipping, insurance and handling.  If you are not a paid member of ours you could ask an Authorized NGC Dealer to submit this on your behalf or you can become a paid member of ours and submit this directly yourself.

Umm, what grading mistake? This was a day of issue submission. I doubt the owner even saw anything on it and NGC will only react to any “error” if asked to do so for an extra fee. These First Day show submissions are never “error” checked.
