1964 D with satin finish and type one reverse 0

Hello i have a 1964 d half with a satin like finish with type one reverse and looks like there is something under the 4. Is that the die polishing line on the reverse running from f to a. It really does look like it. I am aware that the sms Coins weren't from Denver this coin really looks like one though. Take note on the obverse there is grease marks or toning or something and alot of them match ones found on a real sms  ,

It's an ordinary 1964-D Kennedy half dollar. The only thing "under" the 4 is tarnish.
