The Good, the Bad and the Ugly: screen grab just for fun 0

After hearing of Ennio Morricone's passing on Monday, I re-watched one of my all-time favorite movies, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.  Near the end of the movie, Tuco smashes open a bag of money in a very quick scene, which makes it difficult to make a screen grab.  See what you think - recognize any coins in there?

My bet is that they are prop coins. I have been told it used to be taboo to use real coins in movies.

I see what appears to be a semi-close imitation of a Morgan dollar reverse (maybe), but that is the only thing that looks even vaguely familiar.
