Brad adams Posted June 30, 2020 Share Posted June 30, 2020 I found this 1971 d penny DDO with Rpm it also has the fg designer initials missing totally they are not faint they are not stamped on reverse at all..... The initials are missing due to over polishing of the die, notice how the supports on each end of the roof are also partially missing. If they were completely missing, you would have what is known as a "floating roof". This is common on Lincoln Memorials and has no added premium.
